    We want you to love what you wear. If you need to exchange your order for a different size or colour, you may do so within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

    • Unworn & unwashed

    • In original condition

    Exchanges

    • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

    • Once the item is returned and inspected, your replacement will be shipped out

    • If your requested size/colour is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be offered

    Refunds

    Refunds are only available for items that arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect.

    If this happens, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos so we can review and resolve it quickly.

    • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method
